Please read these Terms carefully before using EDU Stream. By creating an account or accessing any content you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and EDU Stream Ltd ("EDU Stream", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the website at edustreamed.com and all associated applications and services (the "Platform").
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@edustreamed.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person. Sharing account credentials or subscription access with others is prohibited and may result in account termination.
EDU Stream offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Free trials, where offered, are limited to one per person and one per household. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may change subscription prices at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for your plan. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, EDU Stream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and stream content on the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Downloaded content (available on Elite plans) is licensed for personal offline viewing only. Downloads expire if your subscription lapses and may not be transferred to other devices beyond the limits imposed by the download system.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts that violate these standards.
When you submit reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you grant EDU Stream a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your User Content. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.
The EDU Stream name, logo, and all Platform content, software, and design elements are owned by EDU Stream Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence described in Section 4.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content on the Platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDU Stream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you additional rights.
